Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

Frozen Treat Shipping Notes
All frozen pup cups ship in insulated cooler boxes with gel packs or dry ice. To avoid weekend transit, frozen orders are only dispatched Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday for frozen items will ship the following Monday.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for non-perishable items. Frozen treats, opened consumables, and used hygiene items are not eligible for return for food-safety reasons.
How To Return An Item
- Email us at info@welcomelane.com with your order number and a brief reason for return
- We will issue a return authorization number and shipping instructions
- Pack the item in its original packaging if possible
- Ship it back at your cost (unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover return shipping)
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
Damaged Or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or melted, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Well send a free replacement at no cost to you.
