Frequently Asked Questions
Pup Cups & Frozen Treats
Are pup cups safe for all dogs?
Our pup cups are made with dog-safe ingredients (no xylitol, no chocolate, no artificial sweeteners). However, dogs with lactose sensitivity should sample a small portion first. Always check with your vet if your dog has dietary restrictions.
How are frozen items shipped?
Frozen pup cups ship in insulated cooler boxes with dry ice or gel packs. They are designed to arrive cold and ready for the freezer. Order Mon–Wed if possible to avoid weekend transit.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States and Canada. International expansion is on our roadmap.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30-day no-questions-asked returns on all non-perishable items. Frozen treats and consumed treats are not returnable for food-safety reasons, but if something arrives damaged or melted, contact us for a replacement.
Products
Are your treats made in the USA?
Our signature pup cups and most of our consumable treats are made in the USA. Hardware and accessories are sourced from a mix of USA and international suppliers — every item description notes the origin.
Do your treats contain xylitol or artificial sweeteners?
Never. Xylitol is highly toxic to dogs and we will not stock any product that contains it. We also avoid chocolate, grapes, raisins, macadamia nuts, and onion/garlic powder in any consumable.
